- Support the procurement team in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers for data center equipment, services, and materials.

- Drive initiatives to optimize procurement processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Vendor and Contract Management:

- Manage relationships with key suppliers and service providers, ensuring high levels of service and performance.

- Assist in negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes and mitigate risks.

- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies that arise.

Procurement Operations:

- Oversee the procurement lifecycle, including requisition, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services.

- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

- Utilize procurement software and tools to track and manage orders, inventory, and supplier data.

Budget and Cost Control:

- Assist in developing and managing the procurement budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial discipline.

- Analyze spending patterns and procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, engineering, and IT, to understand their procurement needs and requirements.

- Provide procurement support for data center projects, including sourcing and acquiring specialized equipment and services.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities.
