Assistant Manager - Procurement (6-8 yrs)
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with established procurement procedures and policies.
- Analyze and document procurement activities and financial expenditures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding procurement activities
Problem Solving
- Utilize market insights to make informed sourcing decisions.
- Navigate challenges in negotiations to secure favorable terms.
- Analyze market trends to anticipate supply chain challenges and opportunities.
- Work closely with IT, Tech, HR,, Business Operations, Call Center, and ML team to gather requirements and understand timelines
- Strive to improve the procurement process, ensuring it is effective, responsive, and cost-efficient for all teams involved.
- Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Graduate - 6-8 years of experience | MBA - 3-5 years of experience.
Preferably : 2-3 years of startup experience & 1-2 years of consulting.
- Solid problem-solving capabilities - Once given a problem you are able to break them down, identify root causes, run associated analysis and recommend solutions that are effective.
- Strong stakeholder management - you are able to build relationships across teams and are able to work with them effectively to deliver best possible results ( Sales, Risk, Ops).
- Need candidates for IT procurement who hold knowledge of softwares / hardwares.
