Assistant Manager - Procurement - Vendor Management Office (6-15 yrs)
Job Description :
Corporate Procurement :
- Coordinating with Business functions on the Vendor management office requirements
- Analyzing and providing solutions towards due diligence questionnaires (Vendor Management office)
- Completing the tiering process in the tool
- Discussion with US VMO team on the tiering numbers
- Coordinating with US VMO team on the questionnaires to be submitted to vendors
- Follow-up and coordinate with vendors for submitting the required reports in time
- Evaluation of vendor responses along with VMO team
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinating with Business functions on the Vendor management office requirements
- Analyzing and providing solutions towards due diligence questionnaires (Vendor Management office)
- Completing the tiering process in the tool
- Discussion with US VMO team on the tiering numbers
- Coordinating with US VMO team on the questionnaires to be submitted to vendors
- Follow-up and coordinate with vendors for submitting the required reports in time
- Evaluation of vendor responses along with VMO team
- Track remediation items
- Analysis of VMO reports, financial statements and other supporting documentation
- Identification of risks and remediation on vendor responses
- Understand FAI risk
- Exposure with VMO team
- Preparation of due diligence reports and risk waivers if any and classifying in to -High, medium& Low
- Escalate unresolved items
- Monthly dashboard reports
- Manage information Security Audits and remediation
- Liaise with legal on appropriate verbiages for information security related clauses
- Working on IT requirements - sourcing vendors, Clearing IT requests
- Follow up for delivery of IT goods
- Generation of MIS reports
- Providing alternate solutions to IT requirements
Requirements :

- Bachelor / Master's degree with good communication and technical experience, Presentation skills

- Min 6 yrs of experience
- 70 to 80k (Fixed) - Budget
- Shift timings starts from 11 AM and based on demand candidate need to be flexible on shift timings
