Assistant Manager - Production (8-10 yrs)
Responsible for execution of production as per Planning provided by Plant Head
- Stock Audits of Pre Lam
- Control on wastages of raw materials & consumables. Reduce rejection at all stages of process at pre-lam.
- Identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delays
- Daily stock monitoring
- Maintenance of ISO documents
- Ensure timely production of Solar Panels with quality and Quantity
- Preparing productions and other reports of pre-lam sections
- Ensure safety measures are procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards.
- Ensure cleaning of Machine
- Trainings to Workers and Juniors
- Manpower management
