Assistant Manager - Production - Minerals (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
- Contribute to formulation of plant production plan & budgets
- Execute product changeovers & mix as per the production plan
- Ensure achievement of the quantity and quality of the products
- Measure, analyze and improve in quality of the product being produced
- Ensure adherence of all regulatory compliances, EHS and ISO policies of the organization
- Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records
- Manage a team of supervisors & in-charges related to production function
Requirements :
- B.Sc/ M.Sc. or B.Tech. (Mechanical/ Chemical/ Production) from premium institute
- 5-7 years of experience in managing production function in minerals or allied industries
- Result oriented & good organization skills
