Assistant Manager - Project Management (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Previous experience in Project Management or other similar role
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills- mastery in excel will be preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PMP or an equivalent certification would be considered an asset
- Oversee projects from beginning to end and set trackers for each milestone
- Prepare reports regarding job status weekly and share to all stakeholders
- Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera and other project management tools
- Responsible for complete planning of his regional projects
- Understanding of project management process, roles and responsibilities as per department SOP
- Completion of projects on time in given budget at outstanding industrial quality
- Identification of roadblocks coming in the way of project execution well in time and finding their solutions for avoiding delays in the project execution
- Close coordination with internal and external stakeholders from time to time to ensure project moves perfectly as per agreed contractual schedule
- Monitoring of project progress for taking of corrective actions and for apprising the management about the progress
- Management of uncertainties of the project and managing and resolving of conflicts arising during the project execution
- Developing the schedules for different stages of the projects and management of time
- Should able to handle critical, complex and long term projects and should capable to handle 15-20 projects at a time
- Expertise on preparation of change management documents and its costing for changes propose by client during execution of the project.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills : Minimum: BE/B Tech Graduate Civil/Mech
Qualifications / Experience / Skills (Preferred) : Good hand on MSP and excel spreadsheets
