Assistant Manager - Purchase (1-3 yrs)
JOB PURPOSE : To do self work, monitor, report and admin complete activities of Purchase Department to contribute to company's vision & mission.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1) Selecting & Replying on Technical Queries from Vendors Pre Sales / Post Sales
2) Making Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
3) Travelling for Vendor procurements / Exhibitions / Inspections
4) Doing Sales Installations by travelling in India / International
5) Incoming Material/Production Checking, Testing and Quality Control
6) Preparing Tender/Vendor Related all Documents, Authorizations, Technical Compliance
7) Talk to Vendor for Price Lists / Catalog
8) Vendor Development
9) Managing Purchase Team
10) Maintaining Office for cleanliness, arranging files & documents (Hard+Soft)
11) Passport to be made on your expense
12) No Mobile Phones Allowed
EDUCATION :
1) Minimum Education : B.E.+ MBA
2) Technical Education : Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Operations Management
BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS :
1) Fluent in English
2) Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)
3) Leadership skills for Management of Purchase Team
4) Knowledge of MS Word & Excel
5) Common Sense & General IQ Level
6) Tests : Technical + TypingTest + MS Office
