Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Identification of new vendor [Value saved through AVD/Risk mitigated/Lead time advt.]

- Driving cost saving initiatives[Annual savings]

- Driving business responsiveness[Vendors with lower lead times/MOQ]

- Reducing business waste through vendor returns and R&D formulation[%non moving addressed]

- Developing cost models basis indexing, benchmarking, formulation [%age value covered]

- Reducing business waste through vendor returns and R&D formulation[%non moving addressed]

- Technical collaboration with R&D and risk mitigation [Identified risks reduced]

- Quotation analysis and eProc requests for individual items.[Justifications and on time]

- Maintaining RM cost sheets for individual material with logics [Correct and on time pld price]

- Vendor audit and documentation. [Audit within 2 weeks of identification of new vendor]

- Supplier relationship management [Timely reports, vendor feedbacks, meetings]

- Proposals for strategic buying of materials [value savings]

Education & background:

Professional background: i) Pharma ii) FMCG iii) Auto with at least 2 years experience. Good vendor network and spend management capabilities.

Education: BE/ Btech / Pharma/ MSc

Location: Kolkata
