Job Description :
- Developing, implementing and maintenance of a Quality Assurance System for the business
- Conducting risk analyses, identify critical control points, establish critical limits, monitoring and verification procedures
- Assuring high quality during production process
- Attending suppliers audits
- Organization and execution of quality control of incoming goods; special inspection of incoming goods
- Organizing and execute first article inspections (FAI) with Research & Development, Construction and Product Management
- Create overall QA plans and test case documents using the available tools
- Creation of special inspection plans for various products
- Analysis and documentation of quality check results and coordination of improvement measures
- Coordination and analyzing of return of goods with customers and suppliers
- Calibration of internal measuring instruments
- Training all relevant stakeholders on various quality parameters, its importance to end product as well as relevance to consumer preference
- Experience in measuring mechanical and electric components according to drawings
- Experience in leading a small team
- Knowledge of standards, norms and tolerances
- ISO awareness

- Should be able to handle the work independently whenever demand arises
