Assistant Manager - Repair & Maintenance - Automobiles (4-7 yrs)
Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile
Work Ex (Preferably or similar)
a. 5-7 years experience in Service advisor role with workshop
b. 3-5 years of experience with Automobile company at regional level
KRA:
a. Managing Workshop Networks in the region
b. Standardization of SOPs/introduction of new workshops
c. Audit of Existing Processes and Improvement Initiatives
g. Cost Control at the Regional Level
h. Should have some expertise/knowledge of handling PDI yard operations.
i. Ability to manage a team with up to 10 direct reports, Team handling experience will be an added advantage.
