Position: Assistant Manager Rock Shaft Assembly - Control Valve
Job Description:
- Knowledge of finishing operation such as vertical honing, horizontal honing, grinding.
- Responsible for managing production operations including all activities of the shop floor following established procedures and approved processes.
- Planning and preparing production schedule. Meeting daily, weekly and monthly volume requirement.
- To plan and control day to day production activities.
- Prepare quality report and statistical data on a regular basis.
- Daily reports for production results, quality issue reporting and down time analysis.
- Continuous process improvement, 5S and TPM.
- Hands on experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques.
- Evaluate, review, and make recommendations to improve production processes.
- Successful transition of new products and technology into the production.
- Drives safety initiatives on the shop floor and ensures safety standards are maintained.
- Optimizing manufacturing cost and process improvement.
- Optimum utilization of resources (man, machine, material and method).
-To develop and train manpower to achieve desired performance level.
- To co-ordinate with supporting functions (i.e. store, maintenance, quality assurance etc.)

- Qualification Candidate must Be Graduate / Diploma / B.E. - Mechanical/Production Engineering
- Experience: 5-8 yrs
