Job Description :

- Responsible for the safety activities related to plant on day to day basis

- Span of control - workmen

- ISSSRS and MAESTRO Coordinator for Hyderabad Bottling Plant.

- Ensure Health and Safety requirement of Hyderabad Bottling Plant.

ACTIVITIES : 

- Supervision of all plant equipment and ensuring adherence to HSSEQ requirements

- Providing Training to all Operators, contract workers and drivers as per ISSSRS and MAESTRO requirement. Implementation of ISSSRS and MAESTRO

- Bulk Truck& Cylinder Truck tier 2 and tier 3 Inspections to be done as per the KPI.

- Conducting safety campaign and others trainings for drivers as per the Driving Safety Policy.

- To ensure the Closure of Near Misses/deviation reports & permit system.

- Being an ISSSRS and MAESTRO coordinator - monitoring of all elements of ISSSRS and MAESTRO activities & responsible for conducting both internal & external audits related to ISSSRS and MAESTRO.

- Ensure proper PPE stocks should be available at plant & its compliance at plant

- To ensure Compliance with the Annual HSEQ Training Calendar.

- Issuing of Work Permits & Monitoring Works and carrying out prevention plan for the projects as per requirement.

- To conduct one Safety Committee Meeting Per Month and the Points generated out of that meeting to be followed up and ensure it is closed

- Preparation of Monthly Reports on Man Hours, Near Misses/ Accidents, Stop Audits, TRIR.

- 100% reporting of Incident / Accident in the prescribed format.

- Conduct one Mock Drill per Month.

- Understanding of Total's Golden Safety Rules, Implementation of the same and encouraging / motivating Staff / workers reporting to them for implementing the same

- Display of - Total Attitude- in day to day working and encouraging / motivating Staff / workers reporting to them for implementing the same.

- To update Ramses every month based on the month end HSE reports generated every month

- Ensure proper PPE stocks should be available at plant & its compliance at plant

- Effective Implementation of technical Integrity management.

Qualification :

- Engineering Graduate. Additional qualification in Industrial safety is an added advantage.

- Around 5 years hands on experience in relevant areas of plant Operations.

- Good Communication skills

- Good percentile in academics 70% or above

- Engineering can be from Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum etc.
