Key responsibilities & skills for Assistant Manager - Product Development

1. Responsible for end to end product development.

2. Preparation of Cavity. Layouts, Pattern.

3. 3 D modeling skills with advanced software- s

4. Proficiency in CAD is must.3D modelling with CATIA / UG will be added advantage

Key Responsibilities for Sr Manager - Product Development

- Design & Preparation of new patterns

- Finalisation of mould cavity based on inputs from Tire Design

- Analysis & review of Bench Mark Tire

- Design of Tire Building Specification

- Exposure to PP module in SAP

- Understanding & Preparation of all relevant technical documents pertaining to tire, methodology needed for development / release of product to the market

- Interactions with OEM (Need Based)

- Interactions with end user of our product (Need Based)

- Visit to plant for industrialisation of Product

Mandates : Candidate should be from Tyre industry or Automotive industry

Educational Qualification: BE Mechanical / B Tech (Rubber / Polymer)
