Assistant Manager - Workshop/Garage (8-20 yrs)
Age Limit - 45 YEars
Fleet maintained : 80 to 120 nos (Excavators + dozer + wheel loader tipper trucks + ADT + Cranes etc )
- Maintaining 95% availability of trucks and equipment of available fleet and machinery.
- Spares planning and stock monitoring and monitoring of maintenance schedule of equipment's.
- Reduce inventory by 10%, increase preventive and predictive maintenance, reduce local purchase.
- Reduce break down by 10% increase.
GENERAL KRAs :
- Preventive and predictive maintenance of all equipment and vehicles timely.
- Core expertise in hydraulic and transmission systems.
- Trucks management tracking in long haulage.
- Cost effective maintenance
- Complete garage controlling with staff allotment and management.
- Responsible for the recruitment, retention and development of all maintenance staff.
- Monthly costing of equipment against work done or targets achieved.
- Capacity of technical evaluation of equipment before purchasing as well as its maintenance or replacement
- Ensuring staffing levels are maintained so that there is adequate cover of the department at all times.
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure optimal maintenance performance.
- Ensuring that all statutory preventive maintenance is carried out to the relevant standards and properly recorded.
- Capability to work with garage maintenance software.
- GPRS Tracking
- Fuel combustion monitoring
- Tires monitoring and Management.
- Garage store inventory management, import of spares from different part of world and ensure 100% availability of machines and trucks
