- Deep Knowledge of product, seasonality

- Extending, the sourcing network, Develop the new belt to improve buying efficiency.

- Ensure the fill rates of LOB, Forecasting & Planning Process

- Develop monthly and weekly Sourcing plans for business and AOP achievement

- Close Coordinate with other stakeholders - Operations, Quality team, Regions, PPC, Transport .

- Updating team about Daily price bench marking & Market Intelligence for different source.

- Optimize the buy price, price deviations, Quality deviations

- Assortment expansion with new innovation like product sourcing and selling architecture.

- Close watch on Customer complaints and B2C returns.

- Strong Excel, Power Point, Knowledge of Data Analytics will be added advantage

- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results

- Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with numbers

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills

- Ability to both plan and execute

- Challenge and negotiate with Farmer/Vendor/Service provider where required while maintaining positive relationship

- The Ass. Sourcing Manager Co-own the P & L responsibility for his Product and will be responsible for defining long and short term sourcing plans, driving day-to-day business activity like

- CC/PPC Operation/Margin improvement/Optimizing the cost, Fulfilling the regional and LOB wise fill- rate building and growing strategic relationships with Farmers and vendors
