2. 5 S Auditing Lpa/Iqa / Process/ Tpm Process/Mses & 1S& 2S
3. 2 Md Review, Moulding Reports & All Meeting & Display Report & All Sop Floor Doc Updated.
4. TPM Activity on shop floor Implementation & sustainance & Preparing Presentation.
5. 5"S"Activity Implementation & Sustainance on shop floor
6. Trainer in Dextirity
7. 3 Kaizen Suggestion & Implementation
8. Action plan on NCs(,PROCESS AUDIT, INTERNAL AUDIT,CUSTOMER AUDIT, LPA AUDIT)
9. Providing Operator On Job Training and Class Room Training
10. Preperation of All MIS Reports
11. TNI identification for the workmen with interaction with departmental heads for the workmen
- Preparation of the annual training calendar with approval from respective departmental heads
- Co-ordinate with respective department, faculty for smooth implementation of the training calendar
- Assessment of the participants & training program
- Development of the training centre as per the plant training requirement
- Design skill development programs as per the need of the plant
- Design & authenticate the curriculum from respective process heads
- MIS preparation for the training
- Identify the internal trainers with the help of departmental head
- Delivery of the training modules
- Identify the external trainers from local area
- Training budget preparation for the plant
