Assistant Project Manager - Civil (5-8 yrs)
Experience : 5 to 8 years
Job Description :
- Must have experience in interior fit out projects with leading PMC firms
- Excellent communication and documentation skills required
- Must understand the processes and compliance of project management
- Experience as project coordinator for couple of large scale projects in interior fitout project
- Understanding of each of the phases of the project from planning to handover phase
- Stakeholder management
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all Projects technology as required for assigned projects
- Prepare/Update project updates, tracking project reports, maintains files for due diligence and financials
- Manage all aspects of team coordination and stakeholder management
- Outstanding organization skills and ability to multi task
- Planning and budgeting skills
- Expert as Project Coordinator MANDATORY
Required Qualification : Degree (Civil)
