Required Candidate profile:
Minimum of 7 years experience.
Experienced Project management Professional or PM with Rich Experience of Project Management of Varied type of Projects Including Civil structure Construction. Work Experience with Developers, and Architects & Corporate Project Teams.
Worked from contractor side preferably .

- Project Initiation & Coordination, Design Management, Preconstruction & Procurement management, On Site Project management.
- Coordination between Client, Architect, Consultants & Contractors. Scheduling and Monitoring, Budgeting & Costing, Tracking progress & Reporting, Cash Flow, Quality & Safety assurance, Document Control, Billing, Handing over & Move Management, Defects Rectification, Commercial & Technical Close out.
Key industry - CIVIL STRUCTURE - RCC, Foam work, Venting shuttering, Steel, Blick block, foundation, casting .
Minimum project size undertaken 50k sft
Interiors - Club houses, atriums, reception foyer, malls, retail, corporate office, office lobby finishing, common areas finishing .
Civil & Interior FIXED INTERIORS - Interior, Finishing, Bricks, Home Furnishing, Plastering, Furniture, Paint, Marble,Stone, tiles Sanitary Ware, Plywood, INTERIOR DESIGNING, MEP
Civil & Interior OFFICE INTERIORS - workstations, carpet, gypsum partitions, glazed partitions, panelling, marble, tiles, carpet, furniture, interiors.
Salary - 50-70 K per month
Location - terminal 2 cargo, Delhi airport
