Assistant Vice President - Construction Development (15-25 yrs)

We are looking for a Leadership Role for one of our leading clients in Constructions.

- The position is AVP development management in Hyderabad or Bangalore (Candidate's Choice)

- Responsible for overall development

- Cross functional roles as per organisation requirement

- Coordination/managing design

- Coordination for procurement

- Coordination for statutory approvals

- Internal & External Clients/Vendor management

- Organisational development & Mentoring people

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS FOR THE JOB :

- Minimum - Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), with MBA

- Minimum Relevant work experience : 15 years with International exposure (Preferred)

- Exposed to Development comprehensively

- Good Project management & Construction management skills

- Good communication skills, Working knowledge of MS Project / Prima Vera/ AutoCAD, MS office etc soft wares

- People management skills

- Vendor management skills

JOB DESCRIPTION :

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - CORE FUNCTION

- Regional in charge for Development management

- Design management in coordination with internal design team

- Contracts & Procurement management in coordination with Internal procurement team

- Statutory approval - coordination & management at the regional level, with compliances

- Coordination with Architects, consultants etc.,

- Vendor management

- Project Quality planning and control

- EHS planning, coordination and ensuring compliance

- Project Schedule planning & tracking

- Project Cost planning & tracking

- MIS Reporting, cash flows generation etc.,

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - CROSS FUNCTIONS

- Technical Support leasing teams

- Manage technical requirements of Clients/tenants

- Coordination for smooth handing over to clients/tenants

- Support to Property management team and smooth handing over

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT

- Team Building & team welfare

- Training & Mentoring the team

- Soft skill development of team

- Team's Performance management and appraisal
