Assistant Vice President - Operations - Pharma Startup (3-7 yrs)
AVP Operations will be responsible for overall order management and fulfillment across multiple cities.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for order management & fulfillment, execution, procurement, P&L management, people management, 3PL partners, Payments, inventory and delivery functions.
- Implement 24-hour warehousing operations with 6-hour order to dispatch TAT.
- Drive very high fulfillment and cancellation reduction of placed orders and avoid out-of-stock issues.
- Strategize cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives to get to profitability in each city.
- Manage a large team of last mile delivery including multiple 3PL Partners and Delivery boys
- Wholesaler on-boarding, on-going relationship management, reduced the overall wholesaler cycle time and improve margins.
- Evaluate and implement (through engineering team) various technological solutions to enhance customer experience, increase operation efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of work experience in driving partnerships.
- Experience of working in similar roles at other start-ups
- Any work experience in healthcare-related roles is an added advantage
- Very strong people management and team leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal, time management and execution focus skills
Compensation : 15 Lpa + ESOPs
