Designation : Associate Director-Quality Head (Quality Compliance)
Location: Bangalore
Note : Candidate must have "Furniture category quality management" experience.
Job Summary:
The position reports in to the Director (Quality Compliance) and is responsible to work with Category & Sourcing teams to create product documentation, define test protocol for all our products and ensure meeting of high product quality standards for all private brand products and highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Product Quality:
- Work with Category & Sourcing teams to finalise product specifications
- Define test protocol for all categories / products
- Identify right third party for all test requirements
- Create product documentations including drawings, Critical to Quality processes, Packaging data, banned substance list etc (for Finished Goods, key raw materials)
- Test product samples and conduct site audits to ensure the design & manufacturing process meets company requirements
Desired skills and experience :
- Experience with large MNCs
- Engineering background, with experience of working in manufacturing environments
- Previous experience of product testing and product documentation
- Ability to work with different materials/categories
- Strong leadership capabilities
