Commercial Associate: Runaya Pvt Ltd, Silvassa.
- Complete store & purchase administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for all type of supplies & generate sales orders in the system.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery & maintain record of vendor performance.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, invoices including cost analysis.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed & complete inventory planning.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the Engineering and Raw material stores.
- Receive, unload, and shelve all type of supplies with proper marking.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
- Over all responsible for Packing, Logistics and dispatch activities.
- Ensure finished goods are packed and dispatched on time and in accordance with quality requirements.
- Ensuring vehicles and drivers comply with legal requirements.
- Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.
- Analyse and determine all standards for packing and ensure compliance.
- Keeping the necessary records for all packing materials and Spools.
- Keeping Spools stocks, assembly/disassembly and repairing activities.
- Preparation of packing lists, Invoices and other dispatch documents for customers.
Experience - 4 years and above in relevant field.
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA
Good Interpersonal skills, man management, good commercial knowledge
Should have worked in Purchase and Inventory management previously with experience in Logistics management.
