Associate Manager - Product Supply/Packaging - FMCG (5-10 yrs)
Description - External :
- Lead delivery of commercial initiatives with new packaging and technical packaging initiatives that improve quality, reliability, supply and reduce costs to support rapidly growing business in India and Asia/IMEA.
Qualifications - External :
- Strong leadership and able to work independently.
- Technical mastery on wide breath of packaging technologies (eg new molds for blow molding, injection molding, flexible films, labels, printing and decorations, cartons, shippers, blister thermoforming, technical performance testing at suppliers,lab and packing lines etc)
- Strong collaborations with multi-functional team internally (Plant Operations, QA, Engineering, R&D Process, R&D Package Development, Commercial teams) and externally (outside packing materials and pack machine suppliers)
- Able to communicate orally and in-writing.
Job location : Bhopal with travels at different locations in India other P&G/Teva plants, contract manufacturers and suppliers.
