Associate - Order Packaging & Platform Management (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Order Packaging and Platform Management Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging our products with care and managing orders through our online platforms, including Shiprocket, Easycom, and others. No prior experience with these platforms is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training on how to use them effectively, as well as on our packaging procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately package and label orders to ensure safe delivery.
- Manage and process orders using platforms like Shiprocket, Easycom, and others.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure all orders are processed and shipped within the specified timelines.
- Assist with other operational tasks as needed.
