Salary Range : For Experienced- 10-12 LPA / For Fresh Ph.D.- 9-10 LPA

Job Purpose :

Able to understand the requirement and create custom formulations, and root cause analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Research & analyze new product lines which can be developed within the available talent/ resource/ sourcing talent

- Identify key competitor and consumer trends

- Articulate market requirements and opportunities

- Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements

- Work with management closely regarding product development & emerging market trends

- Try and work with the production team to standardize certain running products

- Product Planning and Management

- Support sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise

- Conduct training sessions with other departments about the information of the new product

- Manage product-related support, feedback, and inquiries from users

- Knowledge of Analytical Instruments (DSC, FTIR, HPLC, GC etc), basic knowledge of Polymers, oligomers, Monomers, thermoplastic, Thermoset plastics, experience in formulation will be better, if experienced

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of Analytical Instruments (DSC, FTIR, HPLC, GC etc)

Education and Experience :

- Master or PH.D in chemical Engineering or polymers Engineering

- Should have a degree either from ICT, UDCT, IIT, NIT, IISc,BITS
