Associate - Supply Chain Compliance (2-3 yrs)
Job Title : Associate Analyst.
Job Location : Vikhroli, Mumbai.
Academic qualifications : Graduate from a reputed institution is preferable in a related discipline
Role Summary :
- Directly support Supply Chain Compliance management with denied parties screening as well as compliance program and initiatives.
- Performs and contributes to monitoring, compliance incident reporting, training, communications, and management system implementations, and reporting to Global Compliance Manager.
Position/Responsibilities summary :
Provide world-class and daily denied parties screening support services, including but not limited to :
- Support automatic and manual data intake processes while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Screen system generated matches to determine match validity, document assessment results and if required, escalate positive matches or complex issues to super user for analysis and resolution.
- Request and obtain supplementary information from corporate function as well as research details from denied parties- lists to ensure adequate data is available during the match validity assessment.
- Monitor system entries during all processes to produce high quality recurring reports.
- Ensure procedures and controls documentation is updated and in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Respond to all user requests, resolve technical or procedural issues, configure system, trial new procedures in test environment, and support software updates.
- Support innovation and creativity that leads to continual process and service improvements.
- Ensure detailed knowledge of denied parties screening procedures as well as high levels of accuracy and timeliness while performing processes outlined above.
- Perform global monitoring and continuous improvement program to assess adherence to standards as well as the overall management system and program effectiveness.
- Compile monthly and quarterly reporting, including but not limited to incident management, hospitality, training, conflicts of interest, due diligence reviews and risk assessments.
- Support regional and global training programs. Monitor training progress and follow up on past due users.
- Contribute in developing and implementing communications, presentations, publications and initiatives.
- Participate in updating and maintaining systems and databases.
- Perform other duties as required.
