Field Operations

- Plan the organic farming projects with budgets and expenses.

- Identify Land for establishing Demo Farms across our Project locations.

- Prepare a Demo Field plan for each of the locations and an execution plan. Spearhead the execution of the plan.

- Training and appointment of Team for Farms. Impart training to the existing employees and to the farmers, on a regular basis.

- Developing package of practices for different crops

- Integrated Farming Framework for Demo Farm

- Responsible for Agri Extension work.

- Creation of Farmers Helpline.

- Responsible for Corporate Farming.

- Provide technical support to Project teams as and when required

- Develop & maintain internal quality system at project level

- Conduct farmer meetings for the knowhow of farmer problems and find out solutions

- Create Framework/ Manual for stepwise conversion of Field from conventional to organic

- Create 90-120 days organic cultivation plan and farm management guide for each season for different crops. Ensure the implementation of the plan at all locations.

Agri R&D

Responsible for following Agri R&D Activities -

- Seed Breeding

- Input Selection for better results

- Application

- Soil Analysis

- Fertility Management for different costs

- Pest Management

- Disease Management

- Weed Controlling

- Strong Experience in Agriculture Field.

- Experience in Organic Cultivation

- Problem Solving Approach.

- Should be willing to travel extensively to the Farms in different states.

- Team Management Skills.
