Speaking Kannada is mandatory
1. Civil Maintenance of all buildings and estate, Restoration & retrofit of old structures and buildings
2.Laying of new sewerage lines in place of damaged ones, alignment correction to once again make the STP functional.
3. Maintenance activities & New civil works in like retrofitting & strengthening of conveyor columns
4. Site experience in Pier/column, raft footing construction, Conveyor structural steel gallery super structure Erection works
5. Preparation of ISO documents of activities of my zone like Hazard identification, Risk assessment Environmental Aspect
