Asst Manager/Manager - Service Engineer (5-12 yrs)
Position Summary:
To be responsible for operational processes for the Depot and enable end-to-end seamless execution of day to day activities at depot level to ensure customer loyalty resulting in superior business performance in collaboration with all stakeholders within the guidelines & processes laid down by Organization.
Job Responsibilities
1. Ensuring Bus Fleet Availability:
a. Ensuring timely morning and evening out shedding of trouble free & safe buses as per given set standards.
b. Preparing availability records of buses on daily and monthly basis
c. Coordinating with DTC on signing of Availability & maintenance related check sheets on a daily basis
Measurement Criteria:95% of the fleet
2. Mileage adherence:
a. Reconciling data with DTC on Route Kms, Penalties, and CNG usage KM-KG
3. Minimizing Breakdown:
a. Prompt attending of breakdown buses.
b. Maintaining records of break downs, driver complaints, and Maintenance schedules in SAP for analysis purpose. Per 10,000 kms Turn Around Time (TAT)
4. Spare Parts Management:
a. Ware house planning, timely ordering of parts to central ware house, accounting all the inward and outward details of parts in SAP on daily basis
b. Monthly audit of depot stocks with coordination of finance dept.
c. Optimizing parts usage
Inventory per bus, % of variation in SAP & physical inventory, Parts cost per KM
5. Schedule Adherence:
a. Attending timely Maintenance of buses as per schedule & standards with the help of SP team.
b. Ensuring Statutory compliance like PUC,CNG & MVI of buses as per schedule. %
6. Infrastructure Availability
a. Monitor and improve the functioning of the available infrastructure as per company norms in order to ensure best customer experience
b. Ensure hygienic cleaning of Depot Premises.
c. To ensure adequate number of quality manpower to achieve proper fleet maintenance. 100% availability and working condition required, Manpower availability
7. Tyre, Lubricants and Parts Management
a. Tyre check & maintenance of tyre card. Obtaining maximum tyre life.
b. Optimizing lubricant usage. (Tyre/ Oil and Lubricant) cost per KM
8. Training & Development:
a. Training of service provider administration and parts team on SAP.
b. Ensuring technical training of SP technical team on monthly basis. No. of trainings & people trained
