To handle all the major areas like production, packing & dispatch; to effectively utilize the resources and to improve efficiency in areas of Blown film production; to maintain maintenance schedules for the components & handle breakdown maintenance; to oversee & coach team, provide timely support; to ensure compliance with organizational policy & standards.
