Job Description :

1. Inspection and responsible for approving the Incoming Raw material (Levigated kaolin, packing material and coal ), as per the quality plan

2. Responsible for suggesting the blend ratio as per the availability of quality and quantity of Levigated raw material without affecting the final quality parameters.

3. Responsible for suggesting bleaching dosage for getting Optimum&Consistent optical properties ( as per the quality plan)

4. Inspection ofin process materials at every stage of process and ensuring the quality of product as per the product specifications.

5. Inspection and ensure the quality of finishedgoods before dispatching to customer and issuing Test Certificate.

6. Analysis of Non-conforming products and customer complaints through Corrective action and Preventive action

7. To maintain the records for Quality assurance of Incoming Materials, Inprocess and Finished good products.

8. Ensuring the calibration of lab equipments as per the schedule

9. Manpower planning, Inventory of spare parts and Consumables related to Quality assurance department

10. Preparation of Daily reports, monthly reports of QA

11. Review of all inspection and quality control activities

12. Ensuring Housekeeping of Laboratory on regular basis, and to institute 5-S system in lab premises.

13. Training needs identification for subordinate development.

14. Modification of existing products &Newdevelopments for customer delight & continual improvement.

Salary:INR 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
