Attero - Assistant Manager - Quality Control (6-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely Reporting : Ensure on-time reporting of daily analysis.
- Instrument Maintenance : Maintain instruments and ensure a minimum required consumable stock.
- COA Preparation: Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) for finished goods, incoming consumables, raw materials, and outside samples, and submit them to the QC manager.
- Documentation: Ensure documentation as per QEHS standards.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues with MPAES/instruments.
- Training: Train chemists to improve their performance.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of finished goods and consumables.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to complete day-to-day tasks.
- Shift Scheduling: Create shift schedules for the smooth running of the lab in two shifts.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe, healthy working environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MSc in Inorganic Chemistry preferred.
- 7-8 years of experience in quality control or a related role.
- Preparing of COA of FG/ incoming consumables / RM/ outside samples and submitting to QC manager.
- Proficiency in using and maintaining laboratory instruments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for MPAES/instruments.
- Experience in preparing Certificates of Analysis (COA).
- Excellent documentation skills in compliance with QEHS standards.
- Knowledge of ISO certification processes.
- Strong training and team development abilities.
- Good communication skills for interdepartmental coordination.
- Strong organizational skills for effective shift scheduling.
