Education qualification(s) :
- MSc (Organic Chemistry) - 5 to 10 years
- PhD (Chemistry) - 2 to 5 years
- Knowledge of analytical chemistry and patents
Work experience : 5 to 10 years
Responsibilities :
1. Implement and monitor 5S compliance in laboratory
2. Implement safety culture in laboratory
3. Improve existing products
4. Perform and record laboratory findings, derive inference |conclusions
5. Adhere to AR R&D policies and SOPs
6. Comply to statutory and regulatory requirements
7. Develop new products with desired properties
8. Prepare and ensure implementation of development plan for self
