Automotive Design Engineer (3-12 yrs)
Should have 6 - 12 years of engineering experience in actual creation of required components and assemblies (concept, specification setting and layout creation and negotiation capability).
Should Coordinate with onsite team to define work packets to be executed offshore, planning of efforts, query resolution, quality check and reviews.
Experience in Model Creation using CATIA V5, R/L Modelling (like symmetry parts), Flexible Part (like pipe/harness), Adding attributes Part Name, Part No., Material Thickness, Weight, etc.
Experience in 2D Drawing Creation, Attach DPM model to PRC tree of VPM Navi and set configuration, Catia V5, Assembly and Surface modelling (GSD)
Preferred automotive domain experience in Body Exterior systems ( Bumper, Garnishes etc.) or Interior systems ( Instrument Panels, Pillar trims, Carpets, Headliners etc) or BIW ( Upper body and Doors/Closures).
Familiarity with Enovia VPM Navi and DMU is preferred
