Autoverse Mobility is a dynamic and fast growing startup in auto parts space headquartered in Bengaluru. The company offers entire universe of car spare parts and consumables be it OEM or high- quality OES (aftermarket brands). Autoverse is committed to providing price, availability and door step delivery of genuine parts to multi brand car workshops (garages) and end customers. The Company has presence across Bengaluru through its own retail stores and arranges parts from a nationwide network of vendors.

Role Description :

Procurement Planning & Execution :

- Oversee the entire inventory lifecycle, from analysis to purchase to inward tracking and sale.

- Coordinate with vendors and internal functions to get things completed on time in every cycle.

- Negotiate for better terms with the vendor to minimize sourcing cost.

- Direct efforts to improve profitability through cost reduction, and process improvement.

- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance inventory processes, implementing new methodologies as needed.

- Develop cross-functional relationships with other departments, such as sales, operations, and finance, to align inventory management with overall business goals.

- Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers to encourage prompt responses to requests, effective resolution in performance gaps and in billing complaints. Obtain invoices, supplies and ledger details on timely basis.

- Develop inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

Data Analysis and Reporting :

- Design and monitor Inventory forecast and make informed decisions to optimize inventory levels.

- Closely work with domain experts within the org. to develop and optimize the inventory model.

- Develop and monitor key performance metrics, trends and areas of improvement.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Education: Bachelor's degree in SCM, MBA, or a related field.

Must Have :

- Proven experience of 5+ years in inventory management

- Languages known - speak Kannada, read and write English

- Strong data analysis skills.

Plus points :

- Prior experience in auto spares space

- Advanced degree or certification in Inventory Management

- Skilled in data visualization and analysis tools viz. power BI, SQL

Location: Bengaluru. This role will require periodic travel to stores of the company.

Remuneration: Rs 7 lac p.a.
