Educational Requirements:

Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical OR Graduate in Electronics/Mechanical

Industry: Aviation / Aerospace (Manufacturing or Retrofitting of Aircrafts/Helicopters)

Role Overview:

- As an Avionics Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all electronic systems and components on aircraft, including navigation, communication, and autopilot systems.


- A strong knowledge of electronics and aircraft systems, combined with the ability to interpret wiring diagrams, troubleshoot, and replace components, is crucial. Familiarity with FAA regulations and aircraft maintenance procedures is also required to ensure compliance and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

Install and maintain avionics systems : Ensure avionics systems, components, and equipment are installed, maintained, and functioning to required specifications.

Troubleshoot avionics systems : Perform both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on avionics systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Test and calibrate systems : Conduct tests and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal system performance.

Assist with aircraft wiring : Contribute to the installation and repair of aircraft wiring systems.

Maintenance records : Develop and maintain accurate maintenance records for all completed work.

Inspect completed work : Ensure that all work meets applicable standards, regulations, and customer requirements, performing quality inspections where necessary.

Skills & Qualification s:

- In-depth knowledge of avionics systems and components.

- Strong ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and system schematics.

- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing avionics and electrical systems.

- Familiarity with aviation regulations and compliance standards.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure while ensuring high-quality maintenance outcomes.
