AVP or Chief Project Coordinator
Title - Chief Project Coordinator
- End to End Co-ordination for successfully completion of project.
- Coordination with site team and all internal departments like Planning,design,contracts, billing and estimation,sales,procurement,legal and laisoning and external agencies like all external consultants, vendors etc.
- Implementing business development plans for achievement of organizational goal in terms of revenue and profitability targets
- Ensuring client satisfaction& coordinating with them with an objective to maintain fruitful relationship
- Effectuating long-term business directions to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives
- Exploring business potential & clientele to secure profitable business volumes
- Mapping clients requirements, attending / conducting business user meetings, handling project planning & scheduling and providing customized business solutions
- Handling the development of schematic design based on clients inputs, guiding a team of designers and developing working drawings
Coordinating with Contractors/Architects and providing them with all the detailed construction documents
- Must have an experience of construction company for 10-12 yrs
- Must have an experience of handling a team of project managers
- Ready to work in a challenging environment
- Must have an experience of handling multiple site locations
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
