Role : AVP/GM - Maintenance / Technical Service ( Port Equipments)

- In-Charge of Predictive Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Port equipments like RMQ Cranes RTG Cranes and Reach Stackers Spare parts and consumable planning Snag diagnosis and resolution team developing and handling a large technical team

- Responsible for Repair Maintenance of all the Assets

- Maintenance planning and Availability of all Equipments(Tippers /Loaders /Excavators)

- Ensuring high performance of all the equipment's by proper scheduling of PM activities, with the strategy created by Development cell and coordinating its implementation daily / weekly / monthly / yearly with the help of other departments.

- Spares planning and management

- Erection, commissioning, Maintenance of Harbor Mobile Cranes, Grab Un loaders etc.

- Liaison with various vendors and OEM for technical support

- Techno-commercial analysis for operational costs

- Preparing Equipment performance reports

- Training the Team of Engineers and Operators

- Preferably experienced in Installation and commissioning PLC operated Bulk handling systems

- Cost effective equipment performance.

- Implementing MAC and sustenance of best practices.

- Working proactively on various plant improvement initiatives.

- Adhering to OH&S practices and policies.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :

- Mechanical engineer with more than 15 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance of various cargo handling equipment and systems in PORT.

- Well experienced with Hydraulic and PLC systems

- Familiar with Liebherr Harbor Mobile Crane, Ship Unsolders and conveyers trouble shooting

- Familiar with Specifications and selection of Various Mechanized cargo handling systems and Equipments
