AVP - Project Design - Civil (15-20 yrs)
To developing and maintain the Project Design Team work programme in such a way as to ensure the most economic and effective use of resources and the completion of design projects in line with target timescales.
- To work closely with the Project Delivery Manager to ensure that the Project Delivery Team and the Project Design Team are co-operating effectively together at all times and that overall project targets are being achieved.
- Able to successfully manage large budgets and analyse complex financial information
- Must be able to balance technical skills and creative aptitude in a fast-paced environment. They must be familiar with architectural standards, engineering practices, building ordinances and blueprints in order to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers
- Must have design experience with restaurants, hotels, business parks.
- Must be doing feasibility study, Conceptualisation, documentation. Material selection
- Material sourcing, Project Budgeting
