Client Profile

Client is a Delhi-based real estate fund cum asset manager, backed by a prominent international sovereign fund. They are focused on residential real estate

Client has already committed over INR 1000 crores in projects in Delhi NCR and plan to deploy an equal amount by the end of the year.

Candidate Profile

Proven track record of delivering high quality multi-site construction development of marquee properties within board approved metrics of budget, timeline, and quality

Proven ability to optimise costs through design and execution efficiencies;

Ability to provide inputs on design, execution, and delivery of complex, large scale mixed use development projects preferably with strong residential real estate orientation

Experience in all facets of Construction Management from civil to fit outs and finishing

Experience of working with high quality suppliers and vendors of international repute

Should have strong understanding of budget management

Preferably should have had exposure in construction of residential real estate projects ideally with a reputed developer or a contractor

Should have leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

Oversee, monitor and guide all planning & construction activities and personnel across all invested projects

Introduce and implement industry best practices for construction management

Monitor and review progress with project managers against the scheduled plans, costs and quality expectations; Ensure that the highest quality standards are adhered to

Conduct cost analysis and variance analysis, implementing corrections wherever needed

Work with the commercial departments of individual projects to empanel suitable suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal resources availability for smooth execution

Design and monitor Health, Safety and Environment policy

Continuously reinvent/evaluate/adopt processes and technologies to optimise cost, improve standards of execution, delivery and client satisfaction.

Provide requisite support to the investment team to acquire new assets through technical feasibility and due diligence activities; Oversee specifications, drawings and tender documents for cost and build ability

Build and maintain a dynamic MIS system for construction progress reporting and forecasting for both internal and external reporting purposes
