- Quality Manager - B&A Health Manufacturing Facility

- B&A Health is an international standard medical device manufacturing firm producing high-quality medical disposables for the Indian and overseas market. We are an ISO 13845, ISO 9001:2015 and GMP certified facility.

- We are looking for Quality Manager - An entrepreneurial minded and proven leader in Quality control and Quality Assurance heading the quality operations at our facility in Telangana.

- The company is growing at lightning speed and the quality manager is expected to thrive in a fast paced manufacturing environment with his subject knowledge expertise, lead a team of Quality professionals to develop, implement and sustain plant quality Engineering practices and Regulatory Quality system requirements.

- Coach entire team on array of quality elements, including but not limited to Process Controls, Qualification & Validation, Risk Management, Corrective and Preventive Actions. Manage subordinates and coordinate with other department leaders for smooth functioning of operations of the highest quality.

- Responsible for development and implementation of systems, policies and procedures

- Ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory agencies and regulations to include but not limited to ISO Standards, cGMPs, FDA regulations and company policies and procedures

- Author, review and edit the systems and procedures as and when required

- Drive complete quality systems at the manufacturing facility

- Assure product compliance to specifications through implementation of quality controls at every stage of the manufacturing

- Responsible for training, developing and bringing awareness on quality among all the employees

- Manage ISO and other relevant quality audits by government or private parties

- Represent company by showcasing processes to the visitors at the facility

- Conduct monthly trainings to employees on processes and systems

- Identify and lead on the opportunities for improvement

- Participate, coordinate and lead interdepartmental activities and meetings

Desired Qualifications, Skills & Experience :

UG : Any Graduate

PG : MBA/PGDM, with minimum of 5-10 Years of experience in quality management in healthcare/medical devices Industry

- Excellent communication skills

- Basic to advanced computer proficiency

- Willing to travel
