Job Description :
The Responsibilities of the Chief Coordinator - TPM- Total Productive Maintenance include :
- Establishing operational objectives related to Plant machinery selection/erection/commissioning
- Defining and executing operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating objectives
- Directing and coordinating plant operations within company policies and procedures.
- Implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Total Quality Management (TQM), ISO Certification.
- Liaising with Govt. and non Govt. agencies.
- Supervision, planning and control of complete plant; automated system supporting the manufacturing and support equipment
- Maintaining relations with workmen and their collective bodies, implementing formal systems for employee health safety and grievance handling for optimized manpower usage.
