- To inspects spots and ensure doable garments are collected from the customers.
- To manage the delivery and collection of garments from the customer.

Primary duties and responsibilities :
- Travel with the logistics staffs to inspect stains and collect doable garments. Advice and address customer's issues and queries related to the garment.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with customers.
- Ensure garments are collected as per the company's expected standard
- Determine spotting procedures on the basis of the type of fabric and nature of the stain
- MIS updating
- Perform other duties as and when assigned
