Position: Operations Head

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Location: Bhiwandi (Mumbai)

Key Responsibility:

- Identify and deploy competent resources as Hub Managers and OCs to run Ops in the region

- Deploy, Drive, and Review process compliance in Hub Ops to ensure targets on On-Time Delivery, Stock control, Asset Control, and Write Off are met.

- Ensure Safety and Security norms are followed strictly across locations.

- Ensuring adequate high level of process adherence, to ensure consistent high hub audit scores, so as to avoid critical incidents.

- Drive Productivity of all resources (People, Vans & Assets), Ensure overall regional Hub operations cost - vehicle - CEEs-hub cost is within budget.

- Ensure consistent performance by all his teams for ensuring maximum customer delight, by constant monitoring through critical daily reports.

- Create an environment where people are motivated, and ensure monthly Rewards and Recognition under the Magic program.

- Ensure timely planning of delivery assets including uniforms for the delivery team and follow- up with the projects team for their timely availability.

- Network and Coordinate with DC, Projects, and HR to influence changes needed to grow business and enhance the customer experience in his Region.
