The candidate will be responsible for below mentioned activities:

Inwards Management:

- Supervise and coordinate the receipt of raw materials from suppliers according to delivery schedules.

- Ensure accurate verification, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials.

- Oversee the unloading process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.

Outwards Management:

- Manage the dispatch of finished goods to distribution centres and customers in a timely manner.

- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule transportation and ensure on-time deliveries.

- Implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and condition of outgoing products.

Storage Management:

- Optimize warehouse layout and storage practices to maximize space utilization.

- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.

- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and other inventory management techniques to minimize waste and spoilage.

Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including forklift operators, material handlers, and inventory clerks.

- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement among team members.

- Provide coaching and performance feedback to enhance employee productivity and morale.

Compliance and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipping/receiving documents, and equipment maintenance logs.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Qualification & Experience:

1) Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2) Proven experience (8+ years) in warehouse management

3) Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.

4) Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

5) Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office

6) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

7) Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
