Job Description

- Create and maintain accurate records of client invoices and payments.

- Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.

- Review, analyze and manage billing disputes.

- Prepare and review monthly billing statements and reports.

- Process and manage billing of services, products and materials.

- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing and payment information.

- Design, develop and maintain billing systems and processes.

- Maintain records of all billing activities.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures for billing.

- Create and manage credit limits for clients.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy of billing data.

- Train staff on billing procedures and processes.

Skills and Competencies to Have :

- Knowledge of billing systems, processes and procedures.

- Familiarity with billing software and related technologies.

- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve billing issues.

- Ability to design and implement billing processes and procedures.
