Billing Engineer - Construction Industry (3-5 yrs)
Job Description
1. Position: Billing Engineer.
2. Company: Construction
3. Qualification: Diploma in Civil or BE Civil Engineering.
4. Experience: 3 - 5 Years.
5. Location: Nagpur.
6. Responsibility:
- Prepare client and subcontractor bills as per contract terms and the work executed.
- Verify measurements and ensure that quantities claimed are accurate and in accordance with the project scope.
- Maintain records of all invoices, purchase orders, and work orders for reference and audit purposes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on billing progress, outstanding payments, and cash flow.
- Ensure that billing is aligned with contract agreements, work orders, and other legal documentation.
7. Skills :
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
