- Preparing bill of quantities and contracting of work.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of BOQ preparation, billing, client and engineering approvals for bills and follow up .
- Also should be aware of drawing and BBS preparation, with taking JMR for architectural finishes .
- Checking the final quantities and approving the quantities of the final bills.
