BIM Architect Manager (9-11 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities of Architectural BIM Manager:
- Architecture, Interior Design & Structural Modeling, In Various types of high-rise projects like Residential, School Buildings, Churches & Commercial Buildings by using with Revit Software & Nemetschek All Plan.
- Finding Clash detections, Architectural & structural Coordination, Check with MEP Services clashes.
- Residential, School, Hotel Buildings. Using with Revit, AutoCAD, DGN, All Plan and Civil 3D.
- Architectural & Parametric Families Creation.
- Good knowledge in Documentation & schedules Creation.
- Walkthrough's creation using with 3DS Max, Navis Revit.
- Handling & Preparation of detailed Architectural Interior Design & Structural Models and coordination with MEP services and preparation of documents to complete the work effectively and good experience in Coordination with Clients.
- Candidate should have experience in handling Architectural & Structural BIM Projects with more than 10 years of experience in Modeling, preparation of shop drawings & Handling projects for Various Countries like UAE, Oman, Saudi, Qatar, Australia, US, and UK.
- Candidate should extensive experience in Handling & Preparation of detailed Architectural Interior Design & Structural Models and coordination with MEP services and preparation of documents to complete the work effectively and good experience in Coordination with Clients.
- Residential, School, Hotel Buildings. Using with Revit, AutoCAD, DGN, All Plan and Civil 3D.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in architecture
- 10+ years of experience in construction and architectural, Structural.
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD-, NAVIS and Revit
