Job Description:
- Candidate must be from MEP design.
- Knowledge of plumbing / Mechanical codes and regulations
- Familiarity with BIM software
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to Identifying potential issues
- Must be able to Perform quality control inspections
- Should be able to Keeping up-to-date with industry developments
- Experience in preparing BOQ.
- Experience in document checking.
- Experience in HVAC and Plumbing / Mechanical/ Electrical / Fire Fighting Designing.
- Knowledge of Fire Protection and Electrical System.
- Understanding of Interior Drawing.
- Should know about water demand calculations.
- Experience in working US Project will be added advantage.
Qualification:
- B.Tech/ B.E/Diploma (Mechanical OR Civil) from a recognized university.
- Candidate must be ready to relocate and do to work from office.
